One of the most recognizable Belgian ales. It has a bright golden yellow color and high strength - 8,5%. Delirium Tremens beer was born at the end of 1989 and immediately attracted attention with its name, which literally translates as "white fever". The unusual ceramic bottle and the label with a picture of a pink elephant from the Disney cartoon "Dumbo" who gets drunk in one of the scenes and sees hallucinations justify the name. However, the controversial name has not prevented the variety from winning recognition around the world: Delirium Tremens has won a huge number of awards in beer competitions and is rightly considered a cult.

Flavor characteristics

A unique flavor that begins with sweet malt notes and is followed by tartness of hops and hints of spice, while not expressing the slightest aggressiveness. The aftertaste is dry and long, with nuances of fruit, the aroma has notes of banana, citrus fruits, pepper and cloves.

Gastronomic combinations

Delirium Tremens is often served as an aperitif or digestif in restaurants. The beer also goes well with salmon and game.
