New items in the Lambic menu!

Spring is the best time for updates! We at Lambic have been preparing a big update of the main menu all February and now we are ready to present it to you!

According to numerous requests of the guests, the signature Lambic salad with grilled beef has returned in an updated version. We also recommend you to try the salad with tuna and orange aioli with grilled tuna steak. We also updated the salad with baked salmon — now we add grapefruit slices and citrus dressing to it.

The main dishes section has been updated with a crab cake in which the delicate taste of the crab perfectly harmonizes with avocado and poached egg. The second novelty was the perch with large white Peruvian beans and tom yam sauce.

In the grill section, brand chef Evgeny Goncharov added a young grilled octopus with mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes-sweet potatoes and medallions of beef tenderloin with creamy spinach.

In the section of soups and snacks, there are four new items at once, suitable for vegetarians and people who observe the fast. The hit of the last spring-summer season is shawarma with falafel, balls of which can be ordered separately with white sauce, as well as vegetable spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce and rich mushroom soup.

Cheesecake is also transformed, has a delicate coconut taste and is now served in half a coconut.

The bar menu has also been significantly updated — try new products-original natural lemonades, new teas, craft tonics and much more.

The wine list has also been significantly updated, we will tell you about this separately, stay tuned.
